CREDITOR RIGHTS

In a perfect world, problems will never arise in a lending relationship between parties. But we don’t live in a perfect world. Problems do arise in lending relationships, and these need to be resolved before they turn into bigger problems. At Patino King, L.L.C, we know how to resolve
these problems in an efficient and effective manner. For over forty (40) years, Sam King and Patrick Patino have focused a large part of their practice on Debtor/Creditor law and have developed a comprehensive understanding not only of the rights that a creditor may pursue
against a debtor for breach of a lending agreement or other misconduct, but also of the strategies which a creditor may employ to achieve the best result for the creditor in these situations. If the best option for a creditor is to resolve issues with the debtor through settlement, we have a substantial amount of experience in resolving debt issues for creditors through settlement or agreements such as loan workouts or forbearance agreements. If settlement is not an option, we have the knowledge and experience to perform actions to collect on a debt quickly and efficiently including actions such as foreclosures, replevins, Article 9 notices, set offs, and lawsuits for injunctions or money judgments.

Creditor Rights services are provided by both Sam King and Patrick Patino at Patino King, L.L.C. For over thirty years, Sam King has represented banks, lenders, landlords and a variety of other creditors on matters concerning the collection of debts and resolution of debt issues. For over ten (10) years, Sam also represented a Chapter 7 Trustee in Omaha, Nebraska on actions to recover assets for debtor estates including fraudulent transfer actions and preference actions. Patrick Patino has also represented numerous creditors on matters concerning the
collection of debts, and has extensive experience and training on creditor rights issues. If you are a creditor and need assistance in collecting on a debt or resolving a debt issue, Sam and Patrick are ready to go to work for you.
